I am a Product Design Leader and UX Strategist with over 10 years of experience embedding business logic into user experiences. My career is rooted in bridging the gap between product design, cross-functional management, and commercial outcomes across fintech, SaaS, and venture-backed environments.
I approach design not just as an aesthetic execution, but as a driver of product strategy. By balancing deep user insight with a sharp understanding of technical constraints and business KPIs, I help teams cut through assumptions to build clear, scalable product solutions.

Throughout my decade in the industry, I have anchored design, product, and engineering squads through complex lifecycles, particularly in heavily regulated sectors such as fintech, onboarding, and KYC compliance.
My strengths sit at the intersection of Design Management and Project Execution. In my current dual-track role as a project manager and product design manager, I don't just oversee layouts; I align stakeholder visions, optimize team workflows, and ensure our design strategy directly moves the needle on product metrics and business ROI.

Beyond work
Outside of leading design strategy, I stay curious by exploring how people navigate unfamiliar environments, systems, and cultures through travel, photography, and illustration. I am also actively piloting AI frameworks within my current product workflows, specifically leveraging LLMs to accelerate user research synthesis, data analysis, project management, and strategic decision-making.
These analytical and creative pursuits train me to isolate patterns within noise, anticipate user behavior, and manage complex risks—skills that directly inform how I build and scale products. (And yes, I have a soft spot for red pandas).
